Make sure the machine is turned on.

Make sure the machine's cover is closed.

Press OK and  at the same time.

Press OK to select [Drum].

Press  to reset the drum counter.

Make sure the machine is turned on.

Close the front cover of the machine.

Press  to clear the error.

Press  (Toner) until the touchscreen message changes.

Press [Drum].

Press [Yes].
